Lee’s role is all about connection. Whether he’s speaking with emerging brands or global giants, he thrives on understanding their goals, their regulatory challenges, and how Rubicon Bridge can support them. His days are packed with meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal walkthroughs, each one tailored to the unique needs of the business in front of him. In between, you’ll find him in constant contact with our Regulatory and Development teams, ensuring our solutions are aligned and evolving quickly.
One of Lee’s proudest achievements came early in his time with us, when he helped the world’s largest supplement brand streamline their international compliance processes using our tool. It was a true test of our platform’s power and capability, and it passed with flying colours. More than just a successful project, the partnership has grown into a lasting relationship with a fantastic team who share our vision.
Lee’s journey into the regulatory space wasn’t something he planned. He began his career on a graduate scheme at Tesco, which sparked a passion for operations and problem-solving. That experience set him on a path that ultimately led to Rubicon Bridge, where he now combines his commercial know-how with cutting-edge regulatory tech.
