We’re delighted that our Regulatory Transformation Director, Daniel Hibbitt, has been named as one of Hull & Humber’s Top 30 Under 30 young business talents.
The prestigious Top 30 Under 30 accolade celebrates the brightest young talent across Hull and the Humber region, showcasing individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and innovation in their respective fields.
After graduating with a degree in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds, Dan began his career with us in 2018 as a Technical Coordinator before rapidly progressing through various regulatory positions.
In his current role as Regulatory Transformation Director, Dan – who is 28 years old – leads the regulatory development and innovation of our Reg Tech Tool™, working alongside our data and development teams to transform complex manual regulatory processes into streamlined, automated solutions.
Dan’s expertise spans regulatory affairs across multiple categories in the consumer healthcare industry, particularly food supplements, medical devices and medicines. His comprehensive understanding of international compliance requirements has been instrumental in developing our game-changing technology that helps brands expand confidently and rapidly into new markets.
Announced today, the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 2025 list showcases the very best young talent in the region. Earning a place in this prestigious group marks the beginning of a year-long journey of self-discovery and improvement, helping to build future leaders and retain the brightest talent in Hull and the Humber.
As part of the programme, each of the selected winners will undergo 12 months of development in line with the Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme (LEAP). The process not only equips each winner with the skillset to become effective leaders, but also provides an opportunity for businesses to recognise and invest in their own aspiring, young talent.
Our Managing Director Kathryn Brown said: “We nominated Dan for Top 30 Under 30 quite simply because he deserves it. Dan joined us seven years ago as a fresh graduate and we quickly spotted his talent and gave him the room and support he needed to grow and progress to Director level.
“Dan has been instrumental in all our important company innovations. In addition to his intellectual prowess, Dan is a wonderful human, is excessively talented and universally well liked.”
Dan shared his reaction to the award: “It was quite a nice surprise to be honest. I had no idea I’d been nominated, so it’s been great to be recognised for the work I do in the business. I’m particularly touched that my colleagues thought I was worthy of this nomination.”
He added: “At Rubicon Bridge, we’re focused on expanding our capabilities this year. We’re launching new functionalities within our systems and expanding into new markets beyond the EU.
“We’re also looking to bring our regulatory expertise to more product categories. It’s going to be a busy, but exciting, year ahead.”
Simon Jones, founder of Top 30 Under 30, said: “I am proud to announce this year’s winners, and our class of 2025. This year, we’ve seen more employers than ever nominating their very best talent, making the judging process the most difficult to date.
“Today, we celebrate the contribution of the region’s best young talent who have made a significant difference to their organisations, to their teams and to the local business community.”
We’re incredibly proud of Daniel’s achievement and look forward to seeing how his continued leadership and innovation will shape the future of regulatory compliance technology.
The entire Rubicon Bridge team congratulates Daniel on this well-deserved recognition as one of Hull & Humber’s Top 30 Under 30 for 2025.
